-Can I change my shipping service on an existing order?
No, once an order has been placed we are unable to alter the shipping service.If you have any concerns about an existing order, please fill out our Contact form and provide your order number for reference.
-When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped Ground Service unless you select the Express Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days in US. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays which include the following:
CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY, NEW YEAR’S DAY, MEMORIAL DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, LABOUR DAY, COLUMBUS DAY, THANKSGIVING.
Our estimated delivery time are based on several factors, including the destination address, shipping options and how quickly we can assemble and prepare the item for shipment.
Total delivery time=processing time+ shipping time
We are not responsible for late shipment due to invalid address, customs clearance procedure, inclement weather, holidays, natural disaster or carrier delay. Please note holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
